新一届的Marksman设计大奖开始征集，今年设计的主题是“design the perfect pen”，可理解为设计一款完美手写设备。这样参赛者可以摆脱“笔”的局限来发挥创造力。从2007年9月到2008年3月，参赛者有足够的时间进行设计创作。
