朱屺瞻艺术馆3月17日新展开幕
  由上海朱屺瞻艺术馆主办,台湾《CANS艺术新闻》杂志、亦安画廊协办的“在这——郎静山摄影展”、“不在这——洪磊摄影展”将于2006年3月17日在朱屺瞻艺术馆拉开帷幕。 
    
  郎静山(1892-1995)在一个多世纪的人生历程中,有90余年的光阴潜心于摄影艺术,相机如其亲密爱侣,从未离手。他主张“中国艺术就应该有中国的面貌与风格”,因此将中国画理融入摄影艺术,将中国绘画风格与摄影技法结合统一。他独创“集锦摄影”,自上世纪30年代开始坚持不懈此技法的研究与创作。郎静山起初以多张底片构图,再用油质渲染法处理完成照片。作品风格仿国画、写意、师古法,大多呈现中国山水画的布局、意境,表达出中国古典文化的涵养与精神。这些传神空灵的作品既是摄影,又是画,画影相随,闪烁着中国传统文人思想的光芒。1980年,郎静山还获得当年美国纽约摄影学会颁赠的“世界十大摄影家”称号。此次摄影个展是自新中国成立以来,郎静山的作品首次在大陆的美术馆所做的回顾展出,30余件作品汇集了他20世纪30 至60年代的创作精华,除了一窥其“集锦摄影”的风貌,还能看到其多元的创作手法,如纸底作品与人体摄影等,更让观众体会其特殊的艺术创作观,以及郎静山纵贯一世纪所秉持的表现中西融合的独特思想。
    
  同期在朱屺瞻艺术馆推出的是当代艺术家洪磊的个展,他近些年专注于摄影创作,善于运用超现实的手法来呈现生活的荒谬、矛盾与挣扎。对艺术家来说,传统文化是其迷恋又深感无奈的传承。时空的隔阂使他在摄影作品中注入中国传统美学意蕴的同时,也与传统保持着疏离感。作品的画面简约、精致,潜藏叙事性,富含隐喻,时常是艳丽与颓败、开阔与幽闭、现代与 古典并置对照。山水、园林、花鸟、现代工厂,洪磊的中国风景是他从传统文化中置换而来的个人图示,在文人精神的出入间寻找艺术的当代表述。展出的14幅照片是洪磊最近三年的艺术创作,这些虚构场景、刻意加工的照片包含了艺术家的良苦用心,拼贴与营造并非如郎静山先生那样单纯地期望用摄影来呈现中国画美学旨趣、布局章法。在洪磊的照片中,我们能感知到里面暗藏玄机,不掩预谋,其中的虚无、悲剧意识、伤感、错讹和批判是他作为当代人,在传统与现代、历史与当下之间寻求平衡与认同的努力。
    
  以上展览将持续至4月12日结束。在展览开幕当天下午3点半,艺术家洪磊还将与大家面对面,就摄影艺术、创作经历、艺术观念等观众感兴趣的问题进行对话、交流与互动。
    
    March 17th 2006 will witness the opening of two solo exhibitions – presented by Zhu Qizhan Art Museum and supported by Chinese Art News magazine and Aura Gallery – Right Here and Ain’t Here, featuring photographs respectively by Chin-san Long and Hong Lei.
    
  With a career spanning nine decades plus, Chin-San Long (1892-1995, aka Lang Jingshan) made a profound commitment to the art of photography and lived almost every single minute with camera in hand. In line with his belief that Chinese art should sustain the characters and styles of the nation, Long incorporated the essences of Chinese ink painting into photography, landing the two in great harmony. From the 1930s onwards, his production held to his invention Composite Photography, a specific darkroom technique bringing images from a number of films into one frame. Long’s ethereal shots that took after the lyricism and vintage composition of Chinese landscape painting well illustrated the pursuit of the traditional Chinese art and culture. Right Here, as Chin-San Long’s first ever retrospective in museums of Mainland China since 1949, will showcase over 30 pieces of his signature works from the 1920s and 1960s and lend an opportunity to gain the insight into Long’s extraordinary art.
    
  Concurrently staged at Zhu Qizhan Art Museum will be Hong Lei’s one-man show Ain’t Here which will display 14 works made in recent three years. Hong Lei has been working on photography for years and is apt at picturing surreally the absurdity and conflicts in life. In common with Chin-San Long, Hong is fascinated about traditional Chinese painting and borrows a number of elements from it. Though associated with the traditional aesthetics, his works maintains an air of estrangement – seemingly simple, delicate, yet metaphoric and decadent. Imageries like landscape, gardens, birds, floras and modern factories comprise the basic mise-en-scene in Hong’s art. And the artist’s staged and manipulated pictures make an open-and-shut case that echoes the tradition and the contemporaneity. 
    
  Right Here & Ain’t Here: two solo exhibitions of Chin-San Long and Hong Lei
  Through April 12th, 2006
  Accompanying the opening, a talk with Hong Lei will be hosted at 15:30. Conversations and interactive communication will be enacted around the photography and Hong’s career and concept, etc.

    朱屺瞻艺术馆是以中国当代著名书画大师朱屺瞻先生命名的一座公立美术馆,1995年建成开馆。走过十年创业之路,本馆将以“传统创新、现代经典与当今视觉”为学术定位,并以“传承历史文脉、创新现代经典、培养艺术新锐”为办馆理念。它既是收藏、陈列与研究朱屺瞻先生书画艺术的专门机构,也是开展国内外传统与当代艺术交流的重要窗口,履行中小型艺术博物馆的功能。
