源自德国的红点设计大奖（red dot design award）是国际公认的全球工业设计顶级奖项之一。该设计奖项主要分为产品设计、传达设计和概念设计三个部分，每部分竞赛的举行与评选都是分别进行。获得红点设计大奖不仅仅代表某产品的杰出设计品质在国际范围内得到确认，还意味着该产品获得了设计与商业范围内最大程度的接受。
